Technical Advisor:

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint disease that causes pain and reduced mobility. This project focuses on characterizing the rheological properties of hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogels as a step toward developing a long-term injectable treatment for OA. The focus is on generating a complete rheology dataset for HA, which requires repeated testing due to its complex curing behavior. The data collected will guide the formulation of HA-based injections optimized for long-term performance and therapeutic consistency.
