Developing a laser welding methodology for microfluidic devices. Test combinations of clear and opaque plastics under varying laser parameters. Evaluating bond strength through Shear Testing. Assess weld quality through Weld Penetration Analysis. Goal is to observe the effects of laser power and speed in order to develop hermetic seals for microfluidic components.
