Develop a cost-effective, sensitive electrochemical biosensor
using DNA aptamers for early detection of carcinoembryonic
antigen (CEA), a biomarker for colorectal and pancreatic cancers. Thiol-modified DNA aptamer specific to CEA, reconstituted
using immobilized TCEP gel to maintain bioactivity. Using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) to measure
electrical changes upon CEA binding.
